remember to thank teradyne for converting them from KA to sfc and to theorhaven for doing the illum maps and what not.

Actually, I'm readjusting the DN.. you can easily see why in this pic:

See that great big dark area behind the nice dividing line on the front? That's what I'm working to correct today/tonight.

The "ShakurianFF" I asked to have rescaled should actually be scaled to 30 meters per the KA website. SFC: OP could use another fighter/bomber for the fighterlist

i got this sended to me from an unknown mail, with coresponce of some other people and got this redone DN to and must say those antennas should not lit in my opinion but if you guys like it that way, i only converted them, those are originally Interplay meshes and i don't have to say what you guys could do or not with them

The unknown email address was from me.. that was my home ISP account.

And the people corresponding were me, Nanner, and KF. That is the nice thing about this community, you can share ideas, do requests, and collabarate to get ideas meshed out and in a good final form.

Nanner and I have done this on a number of ships in the past, KF and I have done so on a few in the past, and I've done so with other people too. It's kind of neat to get things done like that.. immediate feedback is awesome when you're working on a project.

This is still open to input.. if you think the antenna shouldn't be lit.. it's easy to fix. I'll see what Nanner and KF feel as well, and we'll do this democratically.

I like the new lighting and I am in favor of keeping it on the DN. The bomber is about the size of a PF but I can live with it.

The Sha' Kurians, like other Trek races would have refits and upgrades so I have absolutely no complaints.

Actually, I scaled the bomber to the requested 30m for you. Used the Starfury I have (which correctly scaled is at 15m) and scaled it up 200% to reach the 30m size. Then I actually scaled the FF up just a bit more because it still looked too small, so you're probably looking closer to 40m right now length-wise right now. I can bump it up a bit more though if you'd like, maybe an additional 25%?

And what do you think? Antennas lit yes/no?

Um, this is all good, I like what you've all done, but I have one question, for the last Tholian DN screenshot...

...Could custom textures become available for it? Because the normal hull damage textures, like for Klinks and Feds, is a bit unrealistic in how I see it, the hull is an unknown crystal-like alloy that is stronger than Gorn hull, and if it was damaged, I figured it'd look like chipped-off diamoned or something like that, in the color of the hull of course... Wouldn't it be like that?
