Thanks guys, I will be releasing them soon.

I 'm tweaking the 'nose art' on these bad boys.  ;)

I'd post a preview, but some of that might not be appropriate for our younger viewers (PG-13/R).

Don't worry, though,... soon.

Wowsers, I, Mudd! Nice new takes on Fed ships! I'm looking forward to their releases!
In the meantime, I was wondering if their was an "Excelsior" based reinterpretation on your mind as well.

And not to be nitpicky (as I like what you have already done-please don't change what you have) but would you consider creating a variant of the Terra Class with a larger (i.e. diameter) primary hull?

The Home Fleet is primarily older style ships ... and I'm more of a PreTos/TOS sort of guy ... who knows? Maybe an Excelsior type may crop up in my mind ... but don't hold your breath or anything. I have a lot of models to re-texture and lightmap before I get around to anything 'new'.

I draw allot of inspiration from Masao Okazaki's Starfleet Museum, So credit were credit is due. If you haven't been there by now, go and bookmark it - lots of good stuff there to read and see, including a few rendered screen art pieces from several members of the SFC community ... Anduril, Deadmeat, Terradyne and Kobash ... see if you can find them all  ;).

Anyway, nearly finished with graphics, a complete update will follow.

I, Mudd.

I like it! But it won't fit in my garage.

Hey I, Mudd! Just though I'd ask. And I've been all over Starfleet Museum. Lots of great stuff there, and where I saw one of my favorite ships ever, the Asia Class. She just looks like the Connie's direct ancestor to me. You see, I'm something of a Connie junkie and just love all the variants I've collected ove the last year-and-a-half. Seeing your interpretation makes my heart do a little pitter-patter.  :)

I get kinda excited and ideas start flowing. Just pictured the Terra in a TMP-like form, hence the larger primary hull idea...
