New mod I've created. Doesn't feature boatloads of vessels and limits weaponry and such significantly. It's an attempt at making the sfc3 environment a bit more TNG'ish and so far I've gotten praise on the accomplishment. A server will be up in the near future.

Version 1.2 is now available and a server is currently running with those settings. Install Instructions and server rules all are on the site. Forums also now available.
