Here are the races that the fleets have declared for cycle one. I am thinking there was a two for one plasma sale I must have missed  :D


GDA - Gorn
FSD - Lyran
FPF - ISC
9th - Fed
TSC - Gorn
ISC - ISC
SOV - Hydran
Fleet formally known as KHH - Klingon  ;D
