I need 2 rules clarified before 2279 builds get posted.
1) Do heavy fighter refits cost a CP or are they free? Examples: OV -> OVh, REG -> REGh
2) Does BB production have to be 4 points on one turn and 4 on the next, or is 3 + 5 ok?

<sigh> OK since some of us can't handle our liquor 1)- They should be free upgrades, the Lyran PF upgrades are free, Id assume the same courtesy is extended to the hydran fighters. (Although Im probably going to regret saying that  ) 2) 3+ 5 is fine, tell me you're not building ANOTHER BB? |
