As of May 26, Sam's is still selling the offending games with the wrong code. I need help too, please, since Interplay doesn't seem to exist any more.

These boards have a built in PM ystem.. just click on someone's name then at the bottom of their profile, click send theis person a Private Meaages or PM..

Then at the top of the forum, you will see a link that you click to check your private messages you recieve and how many new messages you have.

You got the OP cd key possibly just read down further and you will know what I mean and you could PM Pestalence.hope this helps

Wow! I didnt think there would be this many people having this problem.
As of May 31 Sam's is still selling copies with bad cd keys. ........I was unfortunate enough to purchase one.

And the problem is STILL present, as of June 3rd. I too, got the game at a Sams for the same price as the others, and lo and behold, the CD key doesn't work. Shame I got it just as the mod who's solving the problems leaves... <_<

Sam's is selling Orion Pirates now, but these actually work. I just bought a copy yesterday. If you have one of the bogus SFC2 games from Sam's, I would recommend trying to exchange it for OP.

Wel, not exactly... BOTH games have defective CD keys.

I bought a bundle with EAW and OP with BOTH CD keys wrong.

I just PM'ed Frey (...I think... I'm still new to the forum's stuff so probably I dind't even got it done right...) for assistance.

I hope you all can help me here.

I bought OP two days ago from Sam's and the CD key works fine. I can do everything except get on Dynaverse, but I don't think that's a problem with the game itself.

I have paged the admins a few days ago. I have not received a response. Is the fix for this issue still available? Is their anyother source for fixing the problem?

This is the second computer product I have purchased from SAMS that I have had problems with. I will still shop there but not for computer products anymore.

I am wondering if I am having the same problem as everyone else. I just bought a copy of Orion Pirates from Sam's Club, and I can't even enter the cd key. No text fills the cd key field when i type, the computer just dings at me. I emailed pestelence, but if anyone else out there has some ideas. Im running Win2k with NTFS, 1.2 GHZ processor, 384 MB RAM and a Nvidia GeForce 5200 FX graphics card.

I had the same problem at first, but after I quit the game and tried it again, it worked fine.
