D*mn cd key problem

I just bought my copy off ebay. I need a 20 diget cd key i have a 16 diget one...

also i bought a copy for my friend which hasnt arrived yet but If i have the same probblem i will need another cd key
i have proof of purchaces for both(my Bills lol)

   I , too , Just bought one from Amazon, cd key doesn't work.   Can someone send me an email on how to fix this?
