4.0 Standard to Hardcore desktop batch files - UAW Not required

This is a little gift from CUGS and myself - it allows easy switching between standard 4.0 and Hardcore with desktop batch files. Just have 1 or the other installed and install this. It's an automatic install, for dummies, lol.     

This does not require UAW - and I did it because I could, lol.
