Ok, I have almost finished the tweaks and texture rework on the D'Pvash series. The idea, at least from the original concepts, is that this series of ships (three types in all) are exclusively operated by the Tal Shiar (in secret of course). The original, the first ship shown, is the R-Type Battlecruiser, developed to counter the Federation's Defiant class escort. The design was so successful that the Tal Shiar decided to develop two more ships using similar design cues, the D-Type Heavy Cruiser (second pic) and the V-Type Battleship (third pic). I have also included pics to show the scale of each...the R-type sits around 160 meters, the D-Type runs 380m or so, and the V-Type rings in at about 550 meters. Take a look at the pics and let me know what you think. I'll release them one at a time, after I finish the tweaks.
This is another example of LC Amaral's excellent work on meshes and textures...he was not happy with the original concepts, but likes where I am taking them now.
