This will help minimise the need for shaving or cutting the lens down. Only 3 colors though.

Someone on ebay has 1.8mm LEDs in red, green, yellow and white. 2 0 for for1.75 for the colors but just 3 whites for $1.75.

After looking at the real thing in my hands, 1.5 and 1.8mm LEDs suffer from a terrible lack of height. The thickness of the hull on PL refit or the amt/ertl refit makes it useless. Shaving a 3mm down some can be done by mounting the LED in a handrill, put the handdrill in a vise ans slowly turn it while sanding it down.
