I guess that explains why I haven't been able to log in for some time now.  I thought it might have been Vista Service Pack 1 or the old directx dlls I just installed.

System Specs:

Dell Dimension E521
AMD64x2 5000+
2G DDR2 RAM
ATI Radeon HD 4850 512MB GDDR3

I'll check them, mehbe restart them again but we had a power outage today around 1:00 or so, and it lasted until about 3:00pm CST.

I started the directory services up as soon as the power came back up.

Are we still seeing the Directory services down? Monitor shows them up and responding.

No go. It says that I am not on line or a firewall has been detected. Then it says that the directory servers were not located. Then it said that my mother was ugly and that she dresses me funny, which I didn't think was nice at all.

GSA is like a roller coaster tonight.. random crashing.. this in both XP and Vista.. other users complaining as well..

I don't think the directory servers are responsible here.. I think it is GSA Network messing up, and that is what is kicking the Directory server..

GSA is also acting weird, I logged into GSA under the saved info at the connect screen.
Then I got some message about my nickname not being unique, and a list of (stupid) suggested nicknames, when I tried to exit that screen, it closed GSA telling me I had to have a unique nickname...

Stupid GaySpy...yeah, we need a workaround GSA and I'd bet we would avoid a lot of headaches...

Anyway to log onto the Dyna without having to go through GSA?  I ask cause this most likely also affects D3 gameplay as well.
