after season 3 episode 13 last of the time lords where is the special or the rest of it?

i have all of season 4 and i have not found the rest of the episode, i have see the Christmas special with the space titanic but before that and after episode 13 of the 3th season seem to elude me.

The episode in between is the 2 Doctors.. basically a tribute to Peter Davison.. the latest doctor is modeled after Davison.. so they brought them together for a 15 min skit..
