ShipEdit OP with UI

I am looking for shipedit OP with UI.The one I have doesn't have the UI and I dled the ones from here and they don't either.The same goes for Star Yards.Where or who know a place you can dled it at?I looked battleclinic not there.

NVM I fixed the problem.

that's the thing, you must:
download and install the shipedit 3
download shipedit beta
copy the shipedit beta.exe and the dat folder from the archive in the SE3 dir.
replace the shortcut from the display and it works.

It did for me.
