How to install OP on Windows 7?

How do you install OP on windows 7 as it won't install from cd drive as well as all SFC titles?I install all of SFC titles from control add/remove programs but in windows 7 there is no add only remove.

browse the cd drive. right click > run as administrator on the .exe it should install that way
