the new "eternal" spent two weeks! aloft and set a new record for the effort. there are other records set by this marvel of engineering. read the article for more details!

also a bad blow to the indian space program as they lost both a rocket and the satellite payload as it exploded shortly after liftoff. a press release state that at about 50 seconds into the flight, the rocket developed a fatal altitude error which caused the destruction. read the article here: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-south-asia-12079239
