Near the end of the 23rd century his first born son along with Kang, and Koloth's was murdered by the albino.  The three of them along with Curzon Dax swore a blood oath to avenge them.    After decades of failing to find the albino, Kor took to drink and ended up as a shell of his former self.  Around 2370, the albino was located, and Kor, Kang, Koloth, and Judzia Dax assaulted his compound.  The albino was killed but so were Kang and Koloth.  A few years later Kor returned to DS9 to enllist Worf and Judzia on his quest to locate the sword of Kahless.  It was found that the sword's molecules vibrated on a frequency which caused Klingon's to become paranoid, and fight amongst themselves.  Judzia specualated that Kahless had possessed a particularly strong will, and part of his legend stemmed from the fact that he was able to resist the effects of the sword and kill his enemies when it made them come apart.  Realizing that the sword wouldn't unite the Klingon people as they had planned, the trio beamed it into space.  Kor made his final appearance during the Dominion war serving on one of General Martok's cavalry raids.  When their group was in trouble he took command of a bird of prey, and perished single handedly held off a much larger force buying the rest of the ships time to escape.

Then travelled back in time and was stranded on Earth where he founded an Engineering company apparently.  ;)

And Kang and Kodos the Executioner turned into those green aliens on the Simpsons.
