As ObsidianShiar mentioned, if you are looking for some SFC3 skirmishes, I have heard some folks have used Evolve for that.  If, on the other hand, you want to get into an SFC3 Multiplayer Campaign in the Dynaverse then have a look at this thread: http://www.dynaverse.net/forum/index.php/topic,163394297.0.html
