I would like to know the formula for this. Is it like 50.0 angular velocity is a 50% chance to hit, or what? I realize range come into play but by it's self does angular velocity work this way?

Each point of AV reduces a weapon's hit% by 1% up to a maximum of about -35%. Thus, an AV value of 100 is treated the same as an AV of 35 with regard to hit%.
