True enough, Pun, but those who mercilessly and/or intentionally carry on while knowing that the other person is much more than uncomfortable with it are also at fault for spreading misery.  In fact, in many ways, the bullies are dumbasses themselves.  For the same reason you should report, apprehend, and prosecute juvenile sexual pranksters (like in the thread about the boys with the stick), or the same for kids who call out racist epithets (often simply threatening to tell their parents, if you are an adult, works well), because they may grow up along the same deviated direction they are currently on and then society will have an even larger problem on its hands.

Sure the kid who made the tape was rather foolish for leaving wide open for predators.  But the predators are morally foolish and have committed a true wrong while the moviemaker simply did something silly.  My anger is at those bullies.  I hope their Dads will teach them the value of money... hard.
