Guys, my computer won't let me acceas my SFC OP multiplayer and I've got know whats wrong. Any ideas?

We need details.  Are you using vista?  Are you connecting through a router?  Are you trying to connect through a firewall?

I have a vista, but I don't know about the other two. I'm using a computer my parents bought so I don't know what exactly is on this computer.
