welll thanks... its not like im British or anything but with 9 aunts we kind of tend to spread out.
the cousin i spoke of was originally born in Sweden but lived the past few years in UK and had a wife (i dont know if they had any children) there so apparently whats left of him will also be buried there aswell... the remains were found from the worst subway wreckage and then later identified. I wasnt told much so i dont even remember the name of the damn place >:/
and well, how did i know him? every few year our family and relatives around the globe hold a bit of a get together here where I live (Finland, South-Savo) since this is where most of us came from.
I quess the next time we get together there will one less and one more to remember.

I dont even know why im spilling the details but it feels kind of awkward. while it may be sad for me its my mother whos taking it really hard.... :/

My condolences Mackie to you and your family, even if you didn't know the guy, family is family.

yer... i been thinking. Life just now was strangely and cruelly ironic (?) to me. I mean im one with specially loud anti-war views (even if for different reasons than say a "generic liberal") and then i seem to be the only one in this thread who managed to loose a relative. if that makes any sense at all. ;/

and well... thats about that.

The bombers are home grown supposedly 'British'. The UK has been too accepting of their ways to the point that they live here and take advantage of our great state benifits yet slag off our way of life to the point they think they can justify slaughtering dozens of innocents. Im all for acceptance but it needs to go both ways. Makes me sick, and I offer my condolences to you mackie. I just missed todays attacks, I was meant to go see my gf who lives in Kent, and to do so I have to travel through London. In the end we decided to wait until saturday. Im just so glad she was no where near them this time and 2weeks ago. Im just glad that they didnt set off their weapons as they had intended.

Those who engage in such cowardly acts are British in name only. They have shown themselves to be enemies of the state and should have their citizenship revoked.
