Still after that Probert Vertical Warbird lineage, eh? Love it.

Sagittarius-Class, USS Raging Queen:

Like the Saucer and especially like the warp engine design, you could put a photon launcher at the bottom of the saucer and have a really good destroyer. Never have been a fan of the lower hull on that design for the carrier version it usually is.

If you move the parts around you would have a good Consitution/excelisor crossover look too!
People always said they wanted the government to listen to them and now the government is listening, taking notes and names...and coming to see you soon!

America-Not the land of the free anymore...
Its the land of the freeloaders

Remember the axiom of big government bureaucrats: If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it. When, finally, under the crushing weight of taxes and regulation, it stops moving, subsidize it.

I like the saucer and the engine.  The rest is not my taste, but not bad.

You know, I'm crazy enough to attempt making that particular ship.  Just need some other views.
The pen is truly mightier than the sword.  And considerably easier to write with.

I am a fan of your work but not the Ds9 design. Warp and 2ndary rules but as always i have an issue with something this time its the saucer. Not that its not sweet , It looks spot perfect. But that i am not a fan of the general design. If it were a tmp dn or con style saucer. Possable could I waist your time with a extra drawing or 2 ?
Rule the era
I just cant see the cost effect of cutting up an excel design to do this in real fed time line.Recycle would be the goal i would think. War has its cannon fodder this design is one of many. I remember it with tmp style conie warps.

Daedalus-Class Variant, USS Republic (Ensign Kirk's first assignment):

This next one came about as a collaboration between myself and a good mate of mine who goes by the handle of BolianAdmiral... He and I were musing on actually the Republic, and I had shocked him by the "reserved" nature of the first design, while he worked on his idea (link is posted below the actual finished idea).  Upon seeing his initial concept I said "why not" :) , so I refined the concept further to what you see here...

Icarus-Class:

- Icarus-Class represents Starfleet's next step for the venerable Daedalus-Class for a newer starship designed for deep space exploration.  Through lessons learned from Daedalus, Icarus has proven to be more effective than its immediate predecessor in technology and endurance.    Built in small numbers, Starfleet launched these vessels as extreme long-ranged scouts, as they were constructing their next generation of starship: Constitution-Class

BolianAdmiral's initial concept:

Oh and BTW, you guys might want this for the Sagittarius:

I love some of these ships (and that new take on the uniform), but...

what is that small thing lurking under the Stalwart-class? ANother design of yours? Any larger views of it?

It's Admiral Liea's ship

Not wild about the 'rib' or whatever running north-south across the sphere of the Icarus class, but in all other things it does look like an excellent refinement of the Daedalus. Perhaps a refit of the Republic's ilk?

On that note, do you think the Constellation was one of these and upgraded to Constitution statistics? A lot of fans like to wildly speculate about why the Constellation had 1017- some paint it as a different class refitted to constitution configuration.

I like the rom-war era ship (at least, thats what it looks like to me). That imperius hawk looks like it would go very well in WZs fleet.

Sense of Humor Alert:

What a blatant kitbash of the existing WZ45/Atolm models!

Look at that WASTE of material with the pylons holding the third warp engine when the third warp engine could be simply held up by extending the rear fin on the main body.

Seriously....

Really, it's a nice plausible design that builds on existing Romulan tech.

Well done.
