Political tensions edited on the live server, the ISC should now be allied (trade agreemnt?) with the Roms, this may not take till a reboot and I can change it back or to a different setup (Andros?), but would like to know if it takes on the live server...

How's about I just admit that it happened, you throw the VP at him, and we forget the possibility that a screenie or film exists...

Yippee! I successfully edited the political tensions on the live server! (no reboot) The Roms and ISC are now allied, this should fix the AI issue as long as we're cool with this new friendship!  ;D

Well, I did save the film, but didn't take any screenshots. Forgot all about that until after Dax was dead, still was fighting those 2 CLs and one of the Q-Ships at the time, was kinda busy to take many screenshots, heh.
I don't have a site to host it on, how should I send it?

*edit* NM, just reread the first post and saw about posting films. I'll try and remember the screenshot next time!  ;)

kewl...and TY.
BTW, hats off to ya for the models, really brings back those SFB memories. Havn't tried the Andros or Tholians yet, but have seen several Fed, Mirak, Hydran and Orion, just like the miniatures...Nice!  :notworthy:

Bonk,

Trying to view the G-BDD in the library caused a CTD.  Tried again with the same results.

Also, plz delete GreenGorn's Gorn account.  Going to try another race.

Bonk,

Thanks for the note, I'll take a look at the G-BDD to see if there is a problem. I'll delete your GreenGorn account with the OoB reboot at noon ADT today.

I checked the G-BDD in the yards on the server, no crash for me. Seemed to work fine. I suspect that you and Nail both may have tried to look at a ship just as the shipyard changed? (cus it worked fine for me in both cases). Maybe just check to make sure a turn break isn't about to come up before you look at a ship?

No problem on the BDD.  It may have to do with me switching between the game and the computer when going to the library.

Two seperate questions ...

1.  The H-AxCV is displaying some unusual traits.  These might be intentional and part of the transfer from SFC to SFB, but I figured I should mention them.

- The AxCV begins each battle at 5/6th of a hull.

- The AxCV model also reflects damage (no damage is present in the supply yard though)

- During my first mission, before launching anything, I received the "we will defend you" comm.  I looked in the bay and I still had my 4 squadrons.  However a fifth squadron was already launched, but it was not visible on the screen.  This seemed to correspond with when I launch my fighters, each squadron only had 5 fighters in it.  I have only seen this once, and it has never duplicated.

- The AxCV takes damage to the hull even though the shields are all up and undamaged (could this be a model size issue?).

2.  I went to the Website to look at the shipyards.  I was asked for my d2 name and d2 e-mail, which I provided.  The screen then asked me to login, but there was nowhere to login, and then it immediately returned me to the main page.  What am I doing wro9ng?

Thanks, great server.

Again, thanks for the detailed notes.

Sounds like a problem with the H-AxCV in the shiplist, I'll take a look. Possibly a models size issue (a file is on the way), I'll look at the shiplist first though.

To purchase from the webmap shipyard you must enter your character name on the server and the associated gamespy account e-mail address exactly and it should work.

Thanks Bonk.  Got in to look at the yards (nice set-up).

Oh, and I meant to say AxCVA, not AxCV ... but you probably already know that.

By sheer luck moved into a Neb hex just as Deadman entered it, quickly took a "Patrol" and since he was in an AuXCV vs my D5D simply left without either one of us doing anything, fired once at his rear from 6 away just as he exited...
Gave DV shift in his favor and gave me a defeat and 500 PP... :-\
Sorry, don't remember exact patrol, only that it said Patrol and nothing else.
